Legal Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Contact our Registrar at g-209-registration@k12.hi.us to initiate your student’s withdrawal as soon as possible.
Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to our main office no later than 10 days prior to your child's last day of attendance.

Student Responsibilities
Return all school property, such as library books, to the school before your last day.
Student Records
A release packet will be available for pick up after school on your child’s last day. This packet is essential for enrollment in their new school.
Any other records will be sent directly to your child's new school upon enrollment. Please have your new school submit a records request to our registrar at g-209-registration@k12.hi.us.
Student's School Lunch Account
If your student has a lunch account at Hickam Elementary School, please submit a School Meal Account Refund Request. This form can be obtained in the main office.
Please be aware that all refunds will come from our central district office and typically take a few weeks to process.
Remember to stop any automatic payments set up for the lunch account.
