To protect our students with severe and potentially life-threatening allergies, Hickam Elementary is a strictly Nut-Free school. We kindly request that families do not send any products containing peanuts or tree nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanut butter, etc.) in home lunches or snacks.

We highly encourage families to prepay for meals using our online payment system. It's secure, convenient, and helps speed up the serving lines so students have more time to eat! Cash payments are also accepted at the front office.
Free & Reduced-Price Meals Program
Hickam Elementary proudly participates in the National School Lunch Program. Eligibility is based on household income, and qualifying not only saves your family money on daily meals, but can also provide reduced fees for college applications and SAT/ACT tests in the future!
Who Qualifies? Eligibility is based on income, or participation in programs like SNAP or TANF. Foster, homeless, and migrant children are also eligible.
Confidentiality: All applications and eligibility information are handled securely and with the utmost confidentiality. Students receiving free or reduced meals use the exact same payment process in the lunch line as everyone else.
