Please fill out this form before 8:30 AM on the day of the absence. This allows our front office to update the teachers and ensures you do not receive an automated absence call.
Sick Policy: Students must be completely fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of medication) before returning to school.
Urgent Dismissals: Do NOT use the form above if you need to pick up your child early today. Please call the front office directly so we can locate your child immediately.
Doctor's Notes: If your child visits a physician, please bring the doctor's note to the front office upon their return so the absence can be officially excused.
Reminder: Earliest drop-off is 7:45 AM. There is no campus supervision before this time.

Students arriving after 8:00 AM are considered tardy and must report to the front office to receive a tardy slip before heading to class. Parents must walk their child into the office to sign them in.
We understand that military families sometimes face unique scheduling circumstances (such as block leave or PCSing). If you know your child will be absent for an extended period, please contact the front office well in advance.
Note: While we appreciate advanced notice, please be aware that extended vacations taken during the academic calendar are generally classified as unexcused absences under HIDOE policy. Teachers are not required to provide packets of advance work for unexcused vacations.
