If your child will not be attending Hickam Elementary School next school year, please visit our main office as soon as possible to complete the following forms:
- Intent to Withdraw Form
- Lunch Account Refund Request
We ask that you allow at least 10 business days for us to process your withdrawal request.
For those who have already submitted withdrawal forms: On the last day of your child's attendance at HES, please visit the main office after school to pick up their release packet in order to register at their new school.
